Knowman is organising two workshops on how to reduce the use of email and how to retain organisational knowledge.
The first one, “Working Smarter with Less Email”, will be presented by Luis Suarez who proposes an 80% reduction of email in five weeks. The adviser in Social Business & Digital Transformation suggests changing how we use email, in order to create more collaboration and more transparent communication.
Paul Corney will be in Lisboa to take a look at the different knowledge capture models in use today and explain how organisations can effectively retain knowledge, recommending a continuous process throughout the lifetime of the employee. Practical methods for how to achieve this will be presented during the workshop “Reducing Risk and Enhancing Value by Capturing and Exploiting Critical Knowledge”.
The two workshops have a strong practical component, one that characterises Knowman approach to events and project work.
“Working Smarter with Less Email” will take place at Hotel Tivoli Oriente, in Lisbon, Portugal, on September 24th. “Reducing Risk and Enhancing Value by Capturing and Exploiting Critical Knowledge” will happen at the same venue on October 29th.
Both workshops will be in English and will be jointly led by Ana Neves, CEO of Knowman.
