Social Now 2020 will be about teams, communities and networks

After the great success of Social Now 2019, Knowman is already preparing the 9^th edition of the conference.

The singular format of this event and the top quality of the speakers continue to attract professionals from around the world, keen to explore practices and tools that improve internal communications, collaboration, knowledge sharing and retention, and organisational learning.

Subtitled “Powering your organisation’s teams, communities and networks”, Social Now 2020 will give special attention to those organisational structures, giving participants:

• practical recommendations to create, facilitate and reap results from teams, communities and networks;
• testimonies of how real organisations are using teams, communities and networks to reduce work duplication, improve learning, ensure knowledge retention, increase collaboration and innovation; and,
• narratives of how different digital social platforms can support all the above.
