Knowman has drawn the guidelines to create, communicate and energise a digital space to promote and develop innovation within the Portuguese Justice system

The Portuguese Justice Secretary of State is committed to bring build innovation and continuous improvement into the Justice (eco)system. In 2018, she inaugurated the Space HUB Justice set out to promote good practices, encourage knowledge transfer and energise transversal projects of modernisation and digital transformation.

The aim now is to create an online space to allow for ongoing work, synchronous and asynchronous interactions, wider participation (both in volume and geography), and more visibility to the accomplished learning and work.

With that in mind, the Cabinet of the Justice Secretary of State asked Knowman to define the guidelines to create, communicate and energise a digital space that brings together multiple stakeholders interested in innovation and continuous improvement of the Justice system in Portugal.

Knowman delivered a report with:

• activities to create, communicate and energise the community;
• governance model;
• requirements for the digital platform;
• platform recommendations;
• evaluation metrics for the online platform and the impact of the community itself.
