The 2021 edition of the Social Collaboration Maturity Scan is available till 14 May. It is for all organisations wanting to assess the maturity stage of their intranets and enterprise social platforms and receive a set of free personalised recommendations.

Communication and Collaboration Platforms which are not used for valuable activities will not survive. That is why, in late 2019, OrangeTrail and Knowman launched the Social Collaboration Maturity Scan – a free instrument for organisations to assess their maturity and get personalised recommendations to improve their use of enterprise social platforms.

Last year, 34 organisations from 13 countries have performed the scan. Feedback was amazing.

This year we’re aiming higher. We want to reach more organisations and we want to give them an even richer experience.

That is why we built a new, dedicated platform for participants to:

• pause and resume the survey at their convenience;
• see their free personalised report immediately upon submitting their answers;
• access the online report when and as many times as needed;
• easily assess progress when they come back in 2022.

The Scan considers how your organisation is using its platforms in 7 different areas (see bellow).

The anonymised and aggregated data will be used to produce the Social Collaboration Maturity Benchmark 2021.

This year’s Scan also includes some questions to help us understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on social collaboration and communication.
